Community Navigator

Program: Youth Emergency Service (YES)

Employment Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Salary: $32,000

Shift: M-F 9-5, weeknights and weekends as needed

Education Required: Highschool Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

Experience Required: 1-2 years of relevant experience working with housing insecure young adults.Must have knowledge of the homeless advocacy system and resources.

Additional Requirements: Lived experience with homlessness preferred.
