PEC affiliates with YSI to expand services

People’s Emergency Center (PEC) and YSI, two Philadelphia nonprofit agencies with a long history of providing critical services to children, families and youth in the city, announced November 12 that we have notified the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General of our intention to affiliate.
