Volunteer Highlight
Temple University’s – Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. displayed an amazing dedication of service with Youth Service Inc. This student based organization hosted a drive collecting over 100 care packages. For years Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. has been serving the Philadelphia community executing meaningful service programs that enrich the lives of local youth, annually awarding scholarships and supporting philanthropic efforts that impact the world.
Sigma Gamma Rho also volunteered during our “YES 21 Days of Christmas” program playing board games, hosting an open forum to discuss college opportunities, sorting donations and providing manicures for the young ladies. We truly value our volunteers and know that the support provided makes a major impact in the lives of the youth we serve.
